Hospitals do a really good job of mending us when we are hurt, but most are totally terrible at creating useable web applications. The Patient Portal is a completely customizable service that allows the smallest mom and pop doc’ shops to the largest hospitals to create a web app to engage their patient population.

Making your stay more entertaining
If you have had the misfortune of needing to stay in the hospital for any longer then 10min, you know the dull omnipresent feeling of bordum that results from being confined to a hospital bed. Often the only form of relief is a small antiquated TV in the corner of the room that is stuck on a marathon of M.A.S.H. With myStation, we aimed to change that. myStation is a health entertainment center… That sounds a bit strange, but what is does is combine traditional entertainment options with complete access to hospital services and your personal health record. Here’s what marketing has to say:
